When it comes to the USAR Hooter’s ProCup Series – a tenth of the second is usually the difference between the winning car and a 10th , 15th , or even 20th place finish. With that in mind Tim Bainey Jr. and the #00 Aaron’s Dream Team, along with Brett Butler and the #99 DRT Enterprises Team have announced a new alignment with Shock & Suspension Specialists Stewart Development of Thomasville, NC.
“There is a lot of work that goes into fielding a top-10 car every week,” said Tim Bainey Jr. “When it comes to getting the last tenth or two out of it there is no doubt a great shock package comes into play.”
“It’s really expensive to be testing every week like a lot of teams do at this level. Fine tuning the shock setup on these cars can be tough, and I think that working with Stewart Development will help take that worry off our minds.”
Crew Chief Dan Bainey agreed. “I know how much work we put into getting our shocks dialed in at tracks. You can spend a day or two just trying to find the right balance. These guys are pretty good at what they do and I think this will be great for both of our teams.”
